Meet the Team
Luke Dinan - Director of Northern Ontario Operations
Luke is the dedicated point of contact for clients who wish to sell their property to CDC. He is experienced, knowledgeable and has an excellent track record of being able to design purchase agreements that fit each seller’s unique circumstances. He is there throughout the sale process - from the initial call to the day of close - to answer questions, provide information and assist in the proceedings. Customers have the comfort and support of having a dedicated team member by their side to ensure that they have everything they need.
Dave Barkley - Ontario General Manager
Dave has over two decades of experience as a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) and agronomist as well as an extensive history in agri-business. He provides invaluable insight and input to the unique, exciting and challenging process of developing Northern Ontario’s agriculture sector.
Dale Allard - Manager, Diversified Forestry Inc.
Dale brings two decades of heavy equipment operations and management experience to the table, including many years of experience in the forest industry. The excellence of his land clearing work is evidenced by the many high profile clients he counts as his own, including Hydro One and Detour Gold. Diversified Forestry Inc. is responsible for handling all of CDC’s land clearing needs.
